Chauncey Dean is the founding partner of CDean Law PLLC, bringing years of dedicated advocacy and courtroom experience to every case he handles. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending the University of Miami School of Law graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. Upon graduation, Mr. Dean began his career as a public defender in Miami Dade. There he honed his skills as a trial attorney. As a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, he has built a reputation for honest counsel, relentless preparation, and clear communication.
His practice focuses on personal injury and civil litigation, where he has recovered millions in settlements and verdicts for clients across South Florida. Whether negotiating at the table or presenting before a jury, Mr. Dean approaches each matter with the same level of care and personal attention.
